Keauhou Canoe Club is Making a Cookbook and we want YOUR RECIPE
Aloha Members:
We're creating a memory book -- around food!
For so many of our Keauhou events, food plays a major part. The food we serve comes with stories, it incorporates local recipes and local food, and it's connected to great times, like cooking in the imu.
We're collecting that information in a book for the next few weeks, and WE NEED YOUR HELP.
If you make a shared food that people like.
If you have a favorite recipe based upon local ingredients.
If you have a favorite, much-loved Hawaiian recipe
If you have a great imu recipe
WE WANT YOUR RECIPES!
Our cookbook team is led by James Beard award winner Vitaly Paley, and includes authors and editors: Chris Haller, Fern Gavelek, Cat Mikkelsen, and. Cindy Armer. Talk to any of us. Give your recipe to any of us.
We will talk to you at the club party on Sunday. We will talk to you at the potluck on Friday.
